In Summer 2018, I interned with a public relations and marketing agency in Connecticut. I was responsible for a variety of tasks, most prominent being the social media channels of the agency itself. Over the course of three months, I became known as the "social media wizard" managing Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Below are the Facebok and Twitter analytics pages, showcasing my success.

I managed the Facebook page for a public relations and marketing agency. I generated over 20 pieces of organic content, and I helped conduct a 10-day campaign of pay-per-click and paid social media advertising on a budget of $1 a day. Within the 10-day campaign period, our Facebook page increased from 120 to 7,077 likes.
I managed the Twitter page for the very same public relations and marketing agency. In the course of three months, I generated approximately 385 organic pieces of content, increasing our tweets by about 300%, our tweet impressions by 240%, and our profile visits by 340% compared to prior months. This is especially important as the summer months (June through August) are considered the slowest months in our niche industry of public relations and marketing.

Organic Content Generation and Individual Post Analytics
Having interned with a public relations and marketing agency during Summer 2018, my greatest social media focus (and success) was on the company's Twitter page. I posted an average of 2.4 times per day over the 3-month internship by generating original organic content, sharing relevant scholarly articles from reputable sources, and re-tweeting industry influencers. I also established Monday through Friday daily hashtags for the Twitter page, as showcased below in #FridayFeeling and #ThursdayThoughts. Finally, I engaged regularly with our Twitter followers, including conducting a trending social media campaign called the Black and White Challenge.
