After graduating with a B.A. in Strategic Communications from Elon University, I became the
go-to multi-hat enthusiast working as a Casualty Adjuster and Homeowners Insurance Adjuster handling 29 states under eight supervisors for my company. By approaching ambiguous situations through a solutions-based mediation style, I built camaraderie in the naturally contentious field of personal injury law while maintaining a Net Promoter Score 12.7% above the company average and amicably settling claims up to $100,000 in authority.

Although I've enjoyed my time "handling car accidents and yelling at attorneys," I've decided it's time to return to my attention to the issues I'm more passionate in. With a history ripe in forming
