NIGHT OF THE PHOENIX ANNUAL FUNDRAISER
As the Elon Athletics Executive Intern, I coordinated the 11th annual Night of the Phoenix event in February 2018. It is the largest fundraiser to-date for Elon University student-athlete scholarships, raising $180,000 last year. This year, the event raised $219,000 through my coordination of the event's first online silent auction, a buffet-style dinner, live entertainment, and a surprise visit from the Elon Phoenix football team. My greatest responsibility was the coordination of over 260 exclusive silent auction items (ranging from a trip to Puerto Rico to signed NFL jerseys) and later photographing and uploading the items to our online silent auction platform a month prior to the event.

DIVERSITY AND LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

This conference was hosted at Elon University in November 2016. Serving as the Education Coordinator, I was responsible for hosting and reviewing all speaker applications, and ultimately selected the academic workshops held at the conference. Over 250 individuals registered for the conference with 17 different colleges represented.
EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

This event was held at the Hidden Valley Nature Preserve in April 2015 for local high school and middle school students, as well as community members. As the founder and Coordinator of the now-annual event, I was responsible for creating, budgeting and fundraising the Celebration. After having raised $650, I brought in a marine touch tank program, birds of prey program, animal conservation organization, and two college professors to serve as guest lecturers. The event hosted over 600 individuals.
